Manufacturing Technology

The Manufacturing Technologies Program offers a comprehensive two-year curriculum designed to introduce students to various hands-on manufacturing experiences. Students will learn to safely operate a variety of machines, including milling machines, lathes, CNC machines, and welders. Special focus is given to welding techniques, such as MIG, TIG, and arc welding, which are crucial for many manufacturing and fabrication careers. As students work on projects, they develop critical problem-solving skills, gain experience in metal fabrication, and enhance their understanding of blueprint reading and welding safety protocols.

Throughout the program, students build academic and technical skills, preparing them for entry-level positions in the manufacturing industry. The program also offers exposure to advanced career opportunities, providing a foundation for those interested in pursuing further education in specialized fields such as welding, precision machining, or industrial manufacturing.
