Program Description

The Licensed Nurse Assistant (LNA) program will prepare you for an entry level position in the field of nursing. You will learn quality patient care, diagnostic and medical procedures, and medical terminology as well as all the necessary personal touches is takes to be a top notch LNA. The program consists of 100 hours divided between classroom, clinical and lab time.

You will gain all the knowledge and skills to pass the state licensure exam and become a Vermont Licensed Nurse Assistant. Graduates of this program are prepared to work in long term care facilities, hospitals, doctors offices, and home health care. LNA's are high demand in our region so employment prospects are very strong.
