Program Description

Training to become a dental assistant has never been easier. Dental assistants truly make a difference with clients by providing high quality care. This field is expected to grow exponentially and offers excellent starting wages. This program will prepare you to become a successful entry-level employee of a dental practice.

Students who complete the online program may pursue an optional clinical skills externship at a local dental practice (availability is limited).

The Vermont State Dental Society has identified Dental Assistant as a critical need this state. Upon completion of this program, employment prospects are strong.
